We are packing up and moving the last bit of equipment to our new location, 13288 Bean Rd, Alexander, AR 72002.  This facility was formerly known as Hobbit Hill Riding Stables.  It features a nice sand footing arena, indoor/covered riding area, 13-stall barn, heated/cooled office/lounge, separate tack room, pasture, and one paddock.  We will soon have three more paddocks to accomodate a few boarded horses.

 
The Coen Brothers' Casting Director called us at the Equestrian Center today.  They're looking for 12-16 yr old girls who can ride to play in their remake of "True Grit".  Click "Read More" for more details.

To celebrate the holidays LREC is offering a "gift package" on lessons.  Three private lessons for $99 or four semi-private lessons for $99, which is a savings of $21 over our normal per-lesson price (for one hour lessons).  You will receive a gift certificate for the package you choose, or we can send it to your gift recipient in a horse-themed Christmas card for an additional $2.50 fee.
